Ordering:

How do I place an order?

Just simply add the item(s) that you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and click checkout or view shopping cart. The website will walk you through the remaining steps to complete your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you have an account, you can check the status of your order by signing into your account and viewing your account history.

How do I know what size to order?

The model featured in our shopping section is wearing a size small. She has a 32C bust and normally wears a size 2/4. Please see our size specification chart for further details.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

The confirmation page will appear after your payment is submitted. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you submitted with your order.

What if the item I selected is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, we will adjust your order and provide a refund for the missing item(s) within 5-7 business days.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and PayPal.

What do I do if there is a payment issue?

If your payment is having any issues on the site, please contact your credit card company or our customer service team for further assistance.

 

Shipping:

What shipping options do you offer?

We are currently shipping through Fedex Ground. While there is no fee for standard ground transportation, shipping fees will apply for overnight and/or express delivery options.

Where is your ship from location?

We currently ship our orders from Sarasota, Florida.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all US states and territories.

 

Returns:

What is your return policy?

We will provide a full refund on all items returned to us in their original condition with all packaging (hangtag, labels, and hygiene sticker) intact and within 15 days of the original purchase date.   We do not pay for the shipping fee on returns.
